Joel Lwaga was born on the 23rd of September in a Christian family from Dar es Salaam. He completed his primary, secondary, and university education before venturing into full-time music. Awards Throughout his career, Lwaga has won several awards including the EastAfrica Male Artist of the Year 2019. In 2018, he won the Maranatha Global Worship Music Awards Best Petition Song for ‘Sitabaki Kama Nilivyo’. Joel Lwaga is now popular through his various hit songs that have conquered over the places one of them is SITABAKI NILIVYO. Joel Lwaga has managed to work with Top African artists like Diamond Platnumz and CHRIS SHALOM who is also popular through his various hits one of them being MY BEAUTIFIER.
