1. Digital Products:  Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you encounter any issues with your digital product (e.g., corrupted files or incorrect items), contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance or replacement.

2. Physical Products:  Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
